Minor of Bristol, VA; her children, Christopher Minor (Amy) of Morehead, KY and Samatha DeBord (Lance) of Bristol, VA; her brother Billy Ruble of Bluefield, VA; and her grandchildren, Montanna Roberts (Noah), Mikaela Minor, Mattie DeBord, Samuel DeBord and Mason Minor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
