She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Cook and Emma Rose Cook. She is survived by: her husband Don Balthis; her children, Amy Gorley (Chris), Travis Balthis (Betsy), Rebecca Balthis, Jonathan Balthis (Andrea), Mary Hunley (Justin) and Melissa Newman (Moses); her grandchildren, Janice, Kayla, Alisha, Lonnie, Bryant, Farron, Donaven, LeeAnn, Skylar, Billy, Shelby, Dion, Emily and Allen Keith; and her sisters, Agnes Scruggs, Elaine Trivett, Geneva Cross, Maxie King and Judi Leiter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and a very large extended family.
