He is survived by: his children, Rita Henderson, Lisa Taylor (Duwayne), Tamara Boardwine, Wesley Boardwine (Sherry), Rick Boardwine (Misty) and Butch Boardwine (Sandy); his sister Nita Woods; and his grandsons, Michael Austin Boardwine, Ben Boardwine, Derrick Boardwine, Daniel Boardwine (Beth Boardwine), Jonathan Alley, Christopher Lloyd Boardwine and Stephan Kyle Boardwine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
