He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis, Jr. Cardinal and Eda Cardinal (Gillette). He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Cardinal of Bristol; his sister Suzanne; his brother-in-law Fred Miller of Fort Mill, SC; his brother Francis, III; and his sister-in-law Connie Cardinal of Rhinebeck, NY. He is also survived by grandchildren, 2 adored great granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
