He is survived by: his parent Mildred Orfield Blaylock; his wife Lisa Wilson Blaylock; his daughters, Ashley Stanley (Gage), Brandie Hilliard and Teresa Gragg (John Andresen); and his grandchildren, Astraia Kudela, Alethia Kudela, Lexi Hilliard, Dean Stanley, Andy Hilliard, Ryan Hilliard and Levi Haga. He is also survived by two brothers; three sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
