He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Whitt Rumley; his children, Wesley Rumley (Rosella), Amy Blaine Compton, Bryon Dean Rumley, Kelly Rumley and Scottie James Rumley (Earlene); his grandchildren, Tessa B. Compton, Jada Rose Meade, Madeline Rumley, Ben Rumley, Alex Rumley, Chloe A. Jewell (Cody), Bella Mae Rumley, Suzanna Nipper (Alex) and Jessica Johnson (Nick); his great grandchildren, Sophia Nipper and Liliann Nipper; and his siblings, Joe McFarlane (Connie), Bobby McFarlane (Evelyn), Sallie Ray and Laura Whitney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
