It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Sue Allison (Bristol, Virginia), born in Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Franklin and Elizabeth Baines (Christian); and her husband Charles "Buck" Whitaker. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Allison (Crystal) and Angela Worley (Kelly); her grandchildren, Adam Worley, Kelly Worley, Jr., Danielle Sowell and Kai Allison; her great grandchildren, Hudson Blevins and Paislee Worley; and her siblings, Frank Baines, Hazel Trivette and Charlotte Baines. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
