She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Brannan Jr.; her parents, Jesse James Jones and Hazel Cline Jones; and her brothers, Robert L. Jones and Avery G. Jones.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Diaz of Davie, FL, Hope Henderson of Auburndale, FL, Louwana Carpenter of Chincoteague, VA, Ava Hallam, Rebecca Waters of Fredericksburg, VA, Joyce Simmons, Keith Jones of Goochland, VA, Jesse Jones of Chula Vista, CA and Sidney Jones of Temecula, CA; her sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Jones of Lynchburg, VA and Charlotte Jones of Davie, FL; and her close friends, Anne Johnston, Mike Miller, Terri Miller Sykes and Erick Farris.
