It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip M. Tate of Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on October 28, 2020, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joni Tate; his parents, Ken Tate and Debbie Tate of Ruther Glen; his brother Jason; his sister-in-law Amy; and his nieces, Abigail of Parkville, MD, Samantha Tate of Parkville, MD and Murphy. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to. Special Olympics Virginia, a charity Phillip supported.
