He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Kestner and Virginia Harris Kestner; and his siblings, Willard Kestner and Joyce Marie Kestner. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Kestner, Jonathan and Jason Kestner; and his brother Coy Kestner (Kathy) of Chesterfield. He is also survived by several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
