She was predeceased by: her father William Ritter; and her siblings, Mike Ritter and Nancy Tolbert. She is survived by: her husband Roger Lee Phelps; and her sons, Keith Allen Phelps (Kristen Neal) and Brian Lee Phelps (Darlene). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
