It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Ann Lide Harris of Bristol, Virginia, born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Miller Lide Senior and Hattie Elizabeth Friley Lide; and her husband Henry Tanner Harris Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Libby Harris Hoss and Patricia Johnson (Lynn); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Johnson Rush (Dan) and Matthew Lynn Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Hailey Layne Rush, Tanner Cayne Rush, Sarah Beth Rush and Paige Annelle Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
