It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Ann Herndon Fleenor of Bristol, Virginia, born in Norton, Virginia, who passed away on September 24, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd C. Herndon, Sr. and Ida Effie Starnes Herndon; and her brothers, Lloyd C Herndon, Jr., Paul T Herndon, Robert W Herndon and Donald L Herndon.

She is survived by: her son Randy Fleenor (Judy); her close friend Sue Perchemlides; her niece Donna Womack; her close friends, James, Judy Endress and Margaret Count; and her pet Taco.
