She is survived by: her husband Melvin Blake Foster, III; her daughters, Joyce Ann Tantoco and Wendy Lea Thacker; and her granddaughters, Quinn Leanne Thacker, Savannah Jane Thacker, Cheyenne Rose Thacker and Jadelyn Rose Tantoco.
