He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Woodard and Berdie Woodard; and his siblings, Carrie May, Villis Icenhour, Louise Forrester, Marion Woodard, Elmer Woodard, Dan Woodard, Wade Woodard and Jerry Woodard.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Chalfant and Douglas Woodard; his siblings, Artanzey Howard and Glen Woodard; and his grandchildren, Mathew Chalfant and Dale Chalfant. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Paul.
