He was predeceased by: his parent Willard Hilliard; his son Larry Worley; his grandson Wesley Williams; his great grandchild Michael Thames; and his siblings, Earl, Joe, Clyde Hilliard and Viola Harless.
He is survived by: his parent Magadelene Trivett Hilliard; his wife Ruth A. Fleenor Hilliard; his daughters, Judy Tyler (Wayne), Wanda Almany (Randy) and Rebecca Crusenberry (Warren); and his siblings, Virgil Hilliard (Cora) and Patricia Cunningham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; 17 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and six great great-grandchildren.
