He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Lynn Carter of Bristol and Rhonda Sue Bell Bristol (Paul) of Tennessee; his grandsons, Christopher Carter of Bristol, Tennessee and Nicholas Bell of Bristol, Tennessee; his great grandchild Da'Shaun Christopher Carter; his sister Sally Carter; and his cousins, Jackie Mays and Author Livingston (Hazell). He is also survived by his children, grandsons, and great-grand son.
