She was predeceased by: her father David Sanders; and her siblings, Patsy Bagley and Richard Sanders. She is survived by: her husband Dale Worley; her children, Jamie Meinkowsky and Alisha Mlcak; her grandchildren, Tyler Morley, Tara Jewett, Jake Jewett, Brady Meinkowsky, Browdy Meinkowsky, Cooper Mlcak and Bailey Mlcak; and her siblings, James Sanders (Jeanette) and Becky Robinson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Pammy.
