He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Preston Trivette, Sr. and Goldie Offield Trivette; and his stepson Craig Terry. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Baines Trivette; his sons, Rick Trivette and Chris Trivette (Selena); his stepson Randy Terry; his siblings, Elizabeth Taylor (Alvin), Hazel Wane Carrier (Billy), Audrey Woods (Buddy), Becky Lowe (Hal) and Johnny Trivette (Linda); and his grandson Holston Baptist Church. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holston Baptist Church, 275 Old Weaver Pike, Bluff City, TN 37618.
