She is survived by: her children, Nora Latham (David) of Bristol, VA and David Davis of Hobbs, NM; her grandchildren, Chrystal Rosenbalm, William Jarboe and Shawnia Ratliff; and her siblings, Marie Cook, Frances Hall and Elmer Hall. She is also survived by several other grandchildren, great grand children, and nieces and nephews.
