He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Stephen Radford and Sarah Frances Martin Radford. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Lee; his daughter Robin R. Monk (Ed) of Taylor Valley, VA; his grandchildren, Tara Parks (Jason) of Bristol, TN, Sara Whittington (Bryan Brown) of Blacksburg, VA and Matthew LaFlamme (Stephanie) of Taylor Valley, VA; his great grandchildren, Avery Ratliff (Colt), Madison Parks, Lucas LaFlamme, Zelda LaFlamme, Elizabeth Whittington and Claire Whittington; and his great great grandchild Maverick Ratliff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Trinity Baptist Church, 220 Old Airport Road, Bristol, VA 24201.
