He is survived by: his children, Tim (Donna) of Abingdon, Wade (Sarah) of Bristol and Tandy (Lynn) of Bristol, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Megan, Miranda, O'Brien, Destiny, Courtney, Matthew and Jonathan. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
