With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nina Ruth Higgins (Bristol, Virginia), who passed away on February 19, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Plez Collins and Juanita Collins; and her siblings, Allene Schwartz and Edward Collins. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Higgins; her children, Shirley Gobble of Gainesville, GA, Robin Higgins Frawley (Robert Francis) of Fulshear, TX, Cheryl Rohr (Randy) of Bristol, VA and Christopher Delmus Higgins of Bristol, VA; her grandson Derek Joel King (Leigh Anne) of Lexington, KY; and her sisters, Joyce Ray of Denton, TX and Ruby Jones of Tempe, AZ. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be sent to Highlands Fellowship Church, Nina Higgins Memorial, 134 Commerce Circle, Bristol, VA 24202.
