He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Parks and Joyce Parks; his brother Billy Steven Parks; his wife Terry Dye Parks; and his father-in-law Bill Dye.
He is survived by: his sons, Clark Micah Parks (Jennifer Elliott) and Christopher Cody Parks (Lindsey); his sister Rhonda Parks Clarke (Tim Culbertson); his mother-in-law Peggy Dye; his sister-in-law Karen Dye; his grandchildren, Sutton Parks and Lincoln Parks; his niece Cassie Ramos (Dustin Dibalsi); and his nephews, Billy Steven Parks, Jr. (Rebecca Whaley) and Brian Clarke (Carter Davidson). He is also survived by several cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews.
