Burks (Bristol, Virginia), born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burks and Lorraine Burks; his siblings, Bobby, Ronnie, Robert, James and Helen; and his grandchildren, Tyquan Holmes and Li'nayjah.
He is survived by: his wife Adell Jones; his children, Michael Lee Curry (Trenda), Aisha Curry, Tatiana Curry and Latoya Curry; his grandchildren, Michael, Mitrend, Kareema, Jeraka, Antonio, Dasmine, Kiana and Keontre; his great grandchildren, Michael, Genesis, Jeraka, Nathaniel, Calvin, Joseph and Angel; and his siblings, William, Deryl, Mable, Teronia, Perry, Carolyn and Velma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
