She was predeceased by: her parents, Hal Comer and Ella Salyer Comer; and her husband Hubert Roger Lampkins. She is survived by: her children, Brandie Sue Keen (Kevin) and Glenn Kerns; her grandchildren, Diamond and Damian Whited; her great grandchildren, Lilly Austin and Zander Whited; and her sister Betty Davis.
Following the COVID-19 restrictions set forth by the Governor of Virginia on face-covering requirements and social distancing, a Graveside Service and Interment for Maybelle Lampkins will be conducted at 2:00 p. m., Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at Gibson Cemetery in Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. Eddie Turner officiating.
