It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Rash (Bristol, Virginia), who passed away on April 3, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamuel Rash and Emmer Canter Rash; his daughter Kathy Rash Bender; and his siblings, Virgil Rash and Wilma Mutter.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah J. Rash; his children, William Rash (Angie) and Debbie Stewart; and his grandchildren, Matthew Lee Bender, Breanna Marie Rash, Aaron Stewart and James Casey. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
