She is survived by: her children, Larry Phillips (Andrea), Mike Phillips (Robin), Teresa Anderson (Tim) and Debbie Carrier (Ron); her sister Minnie Harlow; and her close friend Cindy McCray. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
