She was predeceased by: her parent Grover Meade of Castlewood, VA.; her husband Joseph Preston Waycaster; her children, Raymond Chester Waycaster and Lois Irene Waycaster Gentry; her siblings, Paul Meade, Arthur Meade, Edith Osborne, Joyce "Tunie" Barnett, Marie Hurd and Dorothy Jessee; her grandson Robert Edward Lee Cross; and her son-in-law Virgil Ray Cross.
She is survived by: her parent Annie Robinson Meade of Castlewood, VA.; her children, Rocky Conley Waycaster, Evelyn Dulaney Cross, Elizabeth Pansy Waycaster and Lucille Annie Waycaster; and her siblings, Roberta Osborne and Troy Meade. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
