She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Worley and Callie Sproles Worley; her husband Carl Canter; her daughter Brenda Fleenor; her son-in-law Norman Rosenbalm; and her grandsons, Christopher Canter and Darrell Canter, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Lela Rosenbalm, Dennis Canter (Denise), Darrell Canter (Debbie) and Frankie Canter (Lynn); and her close friend Kathryn Cochran. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
