She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kelsey and Bertie Keesee Kelsey; her husband Donald Randolph Bott; and her brother Oscar Lewis Marion Kelsey. She is survived by: her son Dale Randall Kelsey; her grandchildren, Brittany Nelson and Nathan Kelsey; her great grandchildren, Kaelyn Nelson and Noah Nelson; her siblings, Janet Elam, Johnny Kelsey and Donny Kelsey; and her close friends, James and Eva Hutton.
