We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2020, at the age of 69, Mary Ellen Kelsey Bott (Bristol, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kelsey and Bertie Keesee Kelsey; her husband Donald Randolph Bott; and her brother Oscar Lewis Marion Kelsey. She is survived by: her son Dale Randall Kelsey; her grandchildren, Brittany Nelson and Nathan Kelsey; her great grandchildren, Kaelyn Nelson and Noah Nelson; her siblings, Janet Elam, Johnny Kelsey and Donny Kelsey; and her close friends, James and Eva Hutton.
