She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Barr and Laura Barr; her husband Gary Jenkins; her children, Daniel Eastridge and Leighann Paykamian; and her sisters, Frances Smith, Dot Forman and June Sproles.
She is survived by: her children, Bethany Eastridge, Steve Eastridge and James Eastridge; and her siblings, Pat Hagy and Zan Kirby. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
