It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Charles Jackson (Bristol, Virginia), born in Washington, Virginia, who passed away on September 22, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Admiral Dewey; his sisters, Ernestine Rush and Edith Hamilton; and his son-in-law Donnie Salyer. He is survived by: his parent Bertha Goodson Jackson; his wife Lois Abelseth Jackson; his daughters, Karen Eaton (Timmy) and Debbie Salyer; and his grandchildren, Kellie Monk (Jeff) and Katelyn Hicks (Zak). He is also survived by his great grandchildren and the loves of his life, Zhoie, Sophia, and Jhett; several nieces and nephews.
