Owens; and his stepchildren, Bertha Ann Farley (Dwight), Mack Tuggle (Shelia), Carolyn Vanhoy (Rick), Betty Labreau (Don), Norma Tuggle and William Tuggle, Jr.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
