It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite Rexrode Malcolm of Bristol, Virginia, born in Washington, Virginia, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Rexrode and Callie Barker Rexrode; her siblings, Elmer, Charles, Bill, Richard, James Rexrode and Rita Leonard Bailey; and her husband William Ray "Bill" Malcolm.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Malcom (Dru) of Bristol, TN and Rita Mays (Larry Mays) of Bristol, VA; her grandchildren, Jeremy Mays (Rachel) of Bristol, TN, Derek Malcolm (Brittany) of Bristol, TN, Emily Mays of Bristol, VA, Matthew Malcolm of Nashville, TN, Meghan Malcolm of Nashville, TN and Jonathan Mays (Hannah) of Abingdon, VA; and her great grandchildren, Jillian Mays and Natalie Mays of Bristol, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to NorthStar Church, 2455 King Mill Pike, Bristol, Virginia 24201.
