Blevins; his children, Robin Cozart (Michael), Chad Blevins (Susan) and Brad Blevins (Michelle); his siblings, Pauline Anderson, Joel Blevins and Rocky Blevins (Brook); his grandchildren, Cora, Madison, Eliza Cozart, Jacob and Makenna Blevins; and his brother-in-law John Aker (Nancy).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Victory Baptist Church in Lowell's memory.
