She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Black and Thelma Black; and her sister Tammy Rouse. She is survived by: her sisters, Angela Black and Tina Shaffer of Bristol, VA; her nephews, Tyler Black of Richmond, VA, Michael Shaffer (Katrina) of Bristol, TN and Bryan Rouse of Bristol, VA; her great-nephew John Michael Shaffer; and her aunt Lois Pickle of Bristol, VA. She is also survived by several cousins; and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to American Heart Foundation in memory of Lorie.
