He is survived by: his wife Maxine Deel Looney of Grundy, VA; his children, Velva Charles (Ronald) of Grundy, VA, Tamsy Coleman (Sonny) of Hurley, VA, Lonnie Dean Looney (Nancy) of Grundy, VA, Everett "Punkin" Looney (Jessica) of Grundy, VA and Daniel Looney (Brandy Justus) of Grundy, VA; his siblings, Edna Stiltner of Grundy, VA, Greathel Ryan of Tazewell, VA, Stuart Looney of Grundy, VA and Kennith Looney; his grandchildren, Ryan Charles, Wesley Looney, Jacie Coleman, Stephanie Mullins, Ashlee Miller, Courtney Looney and Lashay Looney; and his great grandchildren, Emily Mullins, Colton Mullins and Charlotte Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
