She is survived by: her boyfriend Larry Shaffer; her sons, Robert Lewis (Jamie) and Charles Lewis; her grandchildren, Isaiah Lewis, Elizabeth Lewis, Mason Meadows, Parker Walls and Riley Hall; and her sisters, Sherry Holt, Teresa Cox, Kathy Arend, Sylvia Ball, Phyllis Brown and Sue Carmody.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children (2900 Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, Florida 33607).
