She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Barger and Martha Barger; and her husband Ralph C. Fleenor. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Michael R. Fleenor of Bristol, VA and Myra Foreman (Steve) of Frederick, MD; her grandchildren, Brian Foreman, Martha Mowery of Frederick, MD, Devon Fleenor of Yorktown, VA and Skyler Fleenor of San Marcos, TX; and her siblings, Patsy Melvin (Marvin) of Bluff City, TN and Billie A. Barger of St. Petersburg, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
