He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Jones and Cora Jones; and his sister Lola Vae Peters of Kingsport. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Imogene Jones; his sons, Garry Blevins (Martha) and Lavene "Bob" Jones, Jr. (Patty); and his cousins, Bruce Jones and Lee. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
