She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlotte Blankenship and Kermit Blankenship; and her grandparents, Bessy and Buster Brown. She is survived by: her husband Kip Shrader; her children, Alecia Couch (David) and Cody Shrader (Cayla); and her granddaughters, Sophie Couch and Addilyn Couch.
