She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Dolores Ann Borders; her brothers, Emerson Skeens and Michael Borders; and her grandparents, Walter E Brown and Essie Smith Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Robert "Bob" Stiltner; her children, Joshua Robert Stiltner (Julia) and Bridgett Dolores Ann Martin (Wiley); her brother Archie Skeens; her sister-in-law Cindy McClanahan; and her children, Zech Steinmann, Dan Steinmann, Sam Steinmann (Jen) and Tim Steinmann (Erin). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
