She is survived by: her mother Freda Hartsock; her son Dale Welch; her siblings, Cynthia Robinson, Stephanie Young (Ken), Kimberly Robinson (Marty), Rickey Robinson and Jamie Hartsock; and her pets, Layla and Simba. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
