She is survived by: her children, Cindy Kelly (Roger) and Mike Sullins; her granddaughters, Courtney Fizer, Charles Wilson and Tiffany Fizer; her great grandchildren, Andrew and Lucas; her brothers, Lynn Phillips (Betty) and Larry Phillips; her brother-in-law Ken Sullins (Ann); her son-in-law Robert Fizer (Rebecca); and also, Ray Sullins and Angela Lindstrom. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
