With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy C. Starks (Bristol, Virginia), who passed away on April 19, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bryant and Mary Loraine Smith Starks. She is survived by: her siblings, Louise Carrier (Cecil), Doris Roop (Harley) and Dale Starks (Nancy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 concerns, a private family Graveside Service will be conducted at Walnut Grove Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Bristol, VA.
