She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Rotenberry and Naomi Rotenberry of Bristol, VA.. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Matney (Steve); her children, Tammy Hurd (Eddie) of Kingsport and James Kerby Fry; and her grandson Cody Charles.
