She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Winebarger and Effie Isaacs Winebarger; and her sister Janis Winebarger Carter. She is survived by: her son Chance Allison of Bristol, Virginia; her nieces, Rene Carter Whitesell of Greensboro and Cinda Carter of Albuquerque; and her cousins, Joy M. Canter (Jerry) and Ted McGinnis (Deanna). She is also survived by cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice, in loving memory of Joyce.
