He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert John Oberle and Evelyn Nesbit Hanes Cuny; and his great-aunt Nellie. He is survived by: his wife Bea Oberle; his children, Roberta L. Oberle, Connie Garvey (Tom), Sandra Cappuccilli (Danny) and Joseph F. Oberle, II (Christine); his brothers-in-law, Dean Rasnick and Reed Rasnick; his daughter Farrah; his sisters-in-law, Charlene "Liz" Rasnick and Patsy Gibson; his niece Heaven Viars (Chris); and his nephew Nick Steffey (Selena). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to St. Anne's Catholic Church.
