He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Neal F. Webb and Dora Pearl Boyd Webb; and his siblings, Captola Webb, Naomi Brown, Doris Lyons, Gladys Webb, James P. Webb and Harold K. Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Webb (Reta); his sons, Joseph D. Webb, Jr. (Beth Palin) of Bristol, VA and Barry N. Webb (Maureen Webb) of Blue Ridge, VA; his grandsons, Andrew Jensen Evans, Jackson Patrick Webb, Clayton Taylor Webb and Samuel Lee Webb; his siblings, Patricia Joyce of Richlands, VA and Steve Webb (Jackie) of Boulder, CO; and his sister-in-law Janie Webb of Hanover, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to First Assembly of God (1400 Lee Hwy., Bristol, VA).
